Choose the right connection type
Click on "MultiPlayer Setup"
Set "Allow Downloads" to "On" and enter your "Player Name" (some servers kick players with default name)
Go back to "Join Server" and Click on "Punkbuster Disabled"
Click "Yes" on the dialog
Join a server !
